For the salad we have shaved carrots and grilled patty pans from Farm Box, slaw from Pulled Pork in the Park and Micro greens from me (Valley Micro Greens).

The Tuna as well as whole Salmon are made available at the manager booth, where you can find my Micro Greens as well. The fish is line caught off the west coast of Vancouver Island %100 NOT farmed.
